All abilities and fitness levels are welcome. As the classes are tailored they can meet you where you are and for your individual needs.

What do I wear to my Pilates class?

Any comfortable, stretchy clothing that lets you move freely. You can use grip socks for safety and stability or if you prefer you can go barefoot.

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring your own mat and a water bottle. All other equipment is provided. If you do not have a mat please discuss this with Charlotte.

APPI stands for The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. They are world leaders in Pilates training and it is where Charlotte has gained her Level 3 Pilates Matwork Qualifications from.
