Hello I'm Charlotte! A qualified APPI Pilates Matwork Instructor and an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist, with over 10 years of working in the NHS helping people recover from injury, manage pain, and improve the way they move. I am mum to two girls and enjoy running, cycling and strength training. 

I was inspired to start my Pilates Instructor journey after becoming a mum as I had a whole new appreciation of how important it is to reconnect with your body and rebuild your strength and sense of self.
 
Based in Southampton, I'm proud to support people in our local community to improve their health, confidence, and wellbeing through movement. I believe Pilates should be accessible to everyone, whether you're completely new to it, returning after an injury, or simply looking for a gentle way to get stronger and feel better.
 
Using my physiotherapy background alongside my APPI Pilates training, I provide safe, evidence-based classes that focus on improving core strength, posture, balance, flexibility, and overall wellbeing. Every session is welcoming and supportive, with plenty of guidance and exercise options so you can work at a pace that feels right for you.
 
My aim is to create a friendly, inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable, encouraged, and confident in their movement. Whether your goal is to reduce aches and pains, build strength, improve your fitness, or simply take some time for yourself, I'd love to help you discover how Pilates can support your health and wellbeing.
